What's new
What has changed in StreamDono, newest first.
2026-11-05
Privacy policy updated
The privacy policy now explains what we receive if you log in or connect an account with Twitch, Discord, Google/YouTube, Kick or Steam, and that the activity log can also show a payout you started.
2026-11-04
Subathon timer: your own rules, and Twitch subs, bits and raids
You can now choose how much time each tip adds, use a ready preset, set a max time, a start time and happy hour, and add or remove minutes with one tap. If you want, you can also connect Twitch events so subs, gifted subs, bits, raids and (if you turn it on) new followers add time too. We only store counters, never viewer names. You can disconnect at any time.
2026-11-04
New, simpler design
The dashboard has a new look: a dark menu on the left with short, clear names (Home, My page, Alerts, For OBS, Tips, Payments and more), big shortcut cards on Home for sending a test alert, copying your tip link, opening your OBS sources and visiting your page, and a new tips list where you can replay or hide a tip with one tap. On a phone the menu is a bar at the bottom with a More sheet. The front page is new too, with a clearer explanation of how it works. Nothing was removed and all old links still work. Dark mode is supported everywhere.
2026-11-04
OBS scene switching
Under OBS scenes you can now let StreamDono switch your OBS scene when a tip comes in, for example a party scene for a few seconds after a big tip, and then switch back. Add the page as a custom browser dock in OBS; it talks to OBS on your own computer. Your OBS password stays in your browser and is never sent to StreamDono.
2026-11-04
Stream Deck keys
Under Deck you can now create a Stream Deck key: a secret link for a Stream Deck button that skips the current alert or pauses and resumes alerts. The link is shown once, can be revoked at any time, and is included in your data download without the key itself. The privacy page describes what we store.
2026-11-04
Moderator links and an activity log
Under Deck you can now create moderator links: a moderator approves or skips held messages and clips, pauses alerts and skips the current alert without logging in, and never sees amounts. Under Security, Devices there is an activity log of security-relevant changes. The privacy page describes both.
2026-11-04
A clearer receipt
After a tip, the receipt now shows who it went to and when it was paid, and you can save or print it.
2026-11-04
Moving from another service
Bring your old tip history in from a CSV under Export, Import earlier tips. Imported tips show in your history only: no alerts, no fee, and they do not count in earnings or goals. There is a switch guide for TippyBear in the help centre, and plain comparison pages with sources.
2026-11-04
Refund link in your history
Every tip in History now has a “Refund in Stripe” link that opens that payment in your Stripe dashboard, and the refund help explains how to answer a dispute.
2026-11-04
Devices and activity
See which browsers are logged in to your account and log any of them out, under Security, Devices. You can also log out all other devices in one tap.
2026-11-04
Invite a streamer, pay less
Share your referral link from Payments. When a streamer who signed up with it gets their first real tip, your fee drops to 0.8% for 3 months, and every further streamer adds 3 months. Streamers already on 0.5% keep 0.5%.
2026-11-04
Goal periods, widget tests and Discord options
Goals can start over each week or month. Every widget has its own test button, Discord messages are easier to tailor, there are panels for your Twitch channel, and the recap has an index.
2026-11-03
MobilePay phone check
The MobilePay setup shows whether your phone has been in touch recently, so you can spot a phone that went quiet before a tip is missed.
2026-11-03
Avatars load faster
Profile pictures are fetched and cached by StreamDono, so pages load faster and your visitors do not connect to other services.
2026-11-03
Who is live now
An optional sidebar shows streamers who are live right now. Only streamers who opted in are listed.
2026-11-03
Clearer privacy texts and faster pages
The privacy policy now explains in more detail what is stored and for how long, and several pages load faster.
2026-11-03
Two-factor sign-in
Protect your account with an authenticator app and backup codes. Admin accounts are required to use it.
2026-11-03
Notifications on your phone
Turn on push notifications on a device to hear about new tips even when the dashboard is closed. They only say there is a new tip and the amount.
2026-11-03
Download or delete your data
Under Security, My data you can download everything we hold about your account, or ask for the account to be deleted. There is a waiting period so you can change your mind.
2026-11-03
Moderation
Hold new tips back until you approve them, hide a tip from stream and your public page, and block a sender. Payments are never affected.
2026-11-03
MobilePay setup with a QR code
Set up the MobilePay phone by scanning a QR code with the phone, instead of typing keys.
2026-11-03
Status page and incident notices
The status page shows the state of payments and the database, and any ongoing incident, in plain language.
2026-11-01
Latest tips widget, embeds and data download
A new OBS widget lists the latest tips. Widgets, Share now has a Support button and a goal bar to embed, links with an amount filled in, and violet panels. Security, My data downloads your profile, settings and tips as JSON. Buttons and links are also bigger to tap on phones, and the CSV export is safe to open in a spreadsheet.
2026-11-01
Spam protection and forwarding status
Links and bad words in messages are masked (try it on Page, Amounts), and each visitor can start 3 payments a minute. Integrations now shows Connected, Paused or Needs reconnect, the last forward, and retries what failed.
2026-11-01
Minimum tip
To stop spam micro-tips, every tip now has a minimum: 10 DKK, 15 SEK, 15 NOK, 1.50 EUR, 1.50 USD or 1.25 GBP. Streamers can raise their own minimum, but not lower it.
2026-11-01
MobilePay is now optional
MobilePay is off by default. Streamers can turn it on under Payments after confirming that Stripe charges 35 DKK per month in months with MobilePay tips. The assistant now only answers questions about StreamDono.
2026-10-31
Clearer guides, a remembered supporter, and an alert queue
Each help step has its own drawing. A supporter can be remembered on this device. Thank-you lines follow the amount, and alerts can wait out an ad break.
2026-10-31
Help with pictures, backups, and mail
Help articles are grouped, with steps and a contents list. Server errors are listed for an admin. Tip mail is sent only when SMTP is configured.
2026-10-31
Help, status, and the navy dark page
Violet dark mode is deep navy again. Help covers OBS, Stripe, MobilePay, forwarding, age, and refunds. A status page shows whether the app and Stripe can be reached.
2026-10-31
A shorter tip page
Links sit in one icon row. Supporters share one card. A wallet button sits next to the amounts on a phone, and each page look has its own light and dark colours.
2026-10-31
Page looks, and a calmer tip page
A tip page can use Violet, Midnight, Sunset, Mint, Mono, or Twitch purple, plus a banner you can slide. Supporters see outline links, poll percentages, and a quiet note when payments are not open yet.
2026-10-31
Recaps, a subathon clock, and polls
A stream recap can be public. Tips can add time to a subathon and votes to a poll, both with an OBS widget.
2026-10-31
Each alert theme keeps its colours
Violet Glow, Neon, Minimal and Card store their own palette. A goal has its own sound, and the stream recap shows the hours and the earnings from that session.
2026-10-31
A thank-you after the payment
Supporters land on a short thank-you page with a share button and a way to send another tip.
2026-10-31
Clearer ways to pay and follow
Social links use the platform name. MobilePay and cards are equal choices, with the marks Stripe can show.
2026-10-31
The chart remembers, and All is grouped
The range you pick stays on this browser. All groups a long history into weeks, then months.
2026-10-31
Hide a tip, then undo it
Hidden gifts leave the overview feed. History marks them, and undo puts them back.
