Where does the money go?
To the streamer’s Stripe account. The platform keeps only the stated fee.
What is the fee?
1% until 50,000 kr in the calendar year, then 0.5% on the whole donation. Stripe’s fee is separate and is charged on the streamer’s account.
Why is the pay button disabled?
Stripe has not enabled charges yet. The donor sees “Donations open soon”. The setup note is on the Payments page.
Which OBS size should I use?
1920×1080 for the alert, goal, subathon, and poll browser sources.
Can I get the platform fee back?
No. Refunds and chargebacks are the streamer’s responsibility, and the platform fee is not refunded.
